On our third day in India we visited the company MAIA Intelligence. Once again, we were amazed by the high level of hospitality, and the amount of time they happily spent on us. Especially it was a very interesting visit, because the software they create is so relevant for our line of study. Also, it was nice to see that they had so many female employees.
This was the first day we came to realize that we actually could get sick in India, seeing as two of us had to go back to the hotel because of Delhi Belly and rest for the remaining part of the day.
Those of us who weren’t sick went to the Mangaldas Market. Here almost everyone bought traditional Indian clothing in a wide variety of colours and fabrics.
For dinner, we went to Royal’s near the Gateway of India. We read that Bill Clinton had been there ones. The food wasn’t particular Indian. Still it was a great experience to get delicious, sizzling food on hot plates.
