Earlier this week BI students had a chance to visit Arla in their headquarters in Viby. We were greeted and hosted by Kasper Pors Hansen, Senior Manager at Arla.
Kasper held a presentation introducing Arla’s BI intricacies and application at the company. Lots of examples were brought in to show the potential and relevance of Business Intelligence at a corporate level. Kasper’s colleague Mateusz joined us through Skype, and went in depth explaining what exactly data scientists do at Arla.
After the presentations students were joined by Kasper’s colleagues, who told about their responsibilities at Arla as a scrum master, data engineer and value chain manager.
